生物处理及双膜系统联用处理某企业废水工程实例

摘　　要：介绍了某数控钣金企业废水处理回用系统的设计情况和实际运行效果。该企业废水处理系统采用絮凝气浮/曝气生物滤池/双膜法处理并且回用废水。该系统回用水质情况如下:CODCr 12 mg/L、石油类0.3 mg/L、SS0.5 mg/L、电导率35μs/cm,去除率分别为97.6%、99.4%、99.5%、99.1%。RO系统排水符合《污水综合排放标准》中三级标准的要求。回用废水45吨/天,回用率50%左右。该处理工程产生了良好的经济效益和生态效益。The design and the actual operating results of the CNC sheet metal company wastewater and reuse system were introduced.The flocculen/BAF/dual membrane system were used for sewage treatment and reuse system.Effluent quality were as follows:CODCr 12 mg/L,oil 0.3 mg/L,SS0.5 mg/L,conductivity35μs/cm,removal rates were 97.6%,99.4%,99.5%,99.1%.RO system drainage meets the requirements of level 3 in the Comprehensive Sewage Discharge Standard.The amount of reuse wastewater was 45 tons/day,with a rate of return of about 50%.Good economic and ecological benefits were produce.
