聚氨酯树脂分析方法与聚醚型聚氨酯的鉴别

摘  要:本文主要介绍用于聚氨酯树脂结构和性能分析的各种分析方法。其中傅里叶转变红外光谱仪(FourierTransformInfrared Spectroscopy,FTIR)、裂解-气相色谱-质谱联用仪(Pyrolysis-GasChromatography-MassSpectrometry,Py-GC/MS)、核磁共振(Nuclear MagneticResonance,NMR)等进行结构分析,差示扫描量热仪(DifferentialScanning Calorimeter,DSC)、凝胶渗透色谱(GelPermeation Chromatography,GPC)等可以用来研究树脂的性能。本文选用三种不同类型的聚醚多元醇与常用异氰酸酯:4,4’-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(4,4’-MDI)反应分别合成三种聚醚型聚氨酯,通过FTIR、Py-GC/MS、DSC和GPC鉴别三种树脂差异,结果发现相同分子量的不同种类的聚醚多元醇合成的聚氨酯分子结构和性能差异较大,可以通过不同分析手段鉴别。The paper introduces the analytical methods of polyurethane resins.Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy(FTIR),Pyrolysis-Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry(Py-GC/MS)and Nuclear Magnetic Resonance(NMR)can study the structure of polyurethane resins.Differential Scanning Calorimeter(DSC)and Gel Permeation Chromatography(GPC)study the performance of polyurethane resins.Three different types of polyether polyols were used to prepare polyether polyurethane by reacting with common used isocyanate:4,4’-diphenylmethane diisocyanate(4,4’-MDI)in this paper.The differences of the three resins were identified by FTIR,Py-GC/MS,DSC and GPC.The results showed that the molecular structure and properties of polyurethane synthesized by different kinds of polyether polyols with the same molecular weight were quite different,which could be identified by different analytical methods.
