摘  要:目的:考察痕量铝元素检测过程中玻璃容器对检测结果的影响。方法:采用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)建立低浓度与高浓度两条标准曲线,每条曲线分别使用硅硼酸盐玻璃量瓶(玻璃量瓶)和聚丙烯量瓶(PP量瓶)作为容器平行配制,以考察在高浓度和低浓度时,使用两种材质容器配制的标准曲线的线性、检出限、定量限、精密度和回收率的区别。并拟合生成一条新的标准曲线,对某厂家的一批葡萄糖酸钙注射液进行铝元素含量检测,通过24小时内的结果变化考察容器材料的铝元素迁移。结果:用玻璃量瓶盛放的标准曲线精密度和回收率都远差于PP量瓶。相比于PP量瓶,玻璃量瓶作为容器时在24小时内铝元素迁移明显。结论:检测痕量铝元素不适宜使用玻璃容器,玻璃中铝元素的迁移会对检测造成影响。Objective:To investigate the effect of glass container on the detection results of trace aluminum.Methods:Inductively coupled plasma Mass Spectru(ICP-MS)was used to establish two standard curves of low concentration and high concentration.The glass bottles and polypropylene(PP)bottles were used as containers for each curve.The linearity,detection limit,quantitative limit,precision and recovery rate of the standard curve prepared by the two containers at high and low concentrations were investigated.The aluminum content of three batches of calcium gluconate injection from a manufacturer was detected under a fited new standard curve to study the aluminum migration in 24 hours.Results:The precision and recovery of the standard curve in glass bottle are much lower than those in polypropylene bottle.The migration of aluminum element in glass bottle was obvious within 24 hours,while the content of aluminum element in PP measuring bottle was basically unchanged.Conclusion:It is not suitable to use glass containers for the detection of trace aluminum,and the migration of aluminum in glass will affect the detection.
