摘  要:产教融合是新工科人才培养的有效途径。为提升应用型人才培养质量,本文以闽江学院制药工程专业为例,经过近4年的专业建设与发展,在师资队伍、课程建设、学科平台、校企合作、科技竞赛、人才需求方面进行有效探索与实践。面临地方高校制药工程专业应用型人才培养的共性问题,通过师资队伍、平台建设、实习基地、培养成效等保障措施,逐步建立产教融合背景下的产学研一体化运行机制,从而培养兼具创新精神和实践能力的应用型人才,服务于地方医药产业,为地方经济发展输送新鲜血液。The integration of industry and education is an effective way to cultivate talents in new engineering.This paper takes the pharmaceutical engineering specialty of Minjiang University as an example to improve the training quality of Applied Talents.After nearly four years of professional construction and development,we have made effective exploration and practice in terms of teaching staff,curriculum construction,discipline platform,school enterprise cooperation,science and technology competition and talent demand.Facing the common problems in the training of Applied Talents in Pharmaceutical Engineering Specialty in local universities,the operation mechanism of industry university research integration under the background of integrating production and education has been gradually established through the guarantee measures of teaching staff,platform construction,practice base and training effectiveness.Pharmaceutical Engineering application-oriented talents can be cultivated with innovative spirit and practical ability,to serve the local pharmaceutical industry and deliver fresh blood for local economic development.
