摘  要:选取市场上3个厂家共6款无铬钝化液,研究了在烧结钕铁硼表面电镀锌层后不同无铬钝化液、不同无铬钝化工艺条件下,无铬钝化层的耐中性盐雾能力。研究发现,包覆型的无铬钝化层耐中性盐雾性能优于反应型无铬钝化液,单层包覆型的无铬钝化层耐中性盐雾能力可以达到24 h。同时尝试复合无铬钝化层工艺,即先进行反应型的无铬钝化,后进行包覆型的无铬钝化,取得较好效果,复合无铬钝化层耐中性盐雾达到48 h。A total of 6 kinds of chromium free passivation solutions from 3 manufacturers in the market were selected to study the neutral salt spray resistance of chromium free passivation layer under different chromium free passivation solutions and different chromium free passivation process conditions after sintering the electrodeposited zinc coating on the surface of neodymium iron boron. It is found that the neutral salt spray resistance of the coated chromium free passivation layer is better than that of the reactive chromium free passivation solution, and the neutral salt spray resistance of the single-layer coated chromium free passivation layer can reach 24h. At the same time, the composite chromium free passivation layer process was tried, that is, the reactive chromium free passivation was carried out first,and then the coating chromium free passivation was carried out. Good results were obtained, and the neutral salt spray resistance of the composite chromium free passivation layer reached 48 hours.
