摘 要:中药材中二氧化硫和重金属的污染问题已成为影响中药应用及走向国际化的主要问题,中药材及其提取液成分复杂,对其中的外源性危害物进行阻控难度较大。目前,用于中药材中二氧化硫及其衍生物的阻控方法集中于寻找硫熏工艺的替代技术,用于重金属去除的方法有大孔螯合树脂吸附法、絮凝沉淀法、γ-巯丙基键合硅胶法、超临界CO_(2)络合萃取法等,本文对已有研究进行归纳,总结了中药中二氧化硫和重金属的来源、毒性、限量标准及二者的阻控方法,为今后中药中二氧化硫和重金属的脱除方法及材料开发提供一定参考。The pollution of sulfur dioxide and heavy metal ions in Chinese herbal medicines has become the main problem affecting the application and internationalization. The components of Chinese herbal medicines and their extracts are complex, so it is difficult to control the exogenous hazards. At present, the prevention and control methods for sulfur dioxide and its derivatives in Chinese herbal medicines focus on finding alternative technologies for sulfur fumigation. The removal methods for heavy metals include macroporous chelating resin adsorption, flocculation precipitation, γ-mercaptopropyl bonded silica gel, supercritical CO_(2)complexation extraction, etc. Based on the existing research, this paper summarized the sources, toxicities, limit standards and removal methods of sulfur dioxide and heavy metal ions in Chinese herbal medicines, in order to provide some reference for the removal methods and material developments of sulfur dioxide and heavy metal ions in traditional Chinese medicine in the future.
