摘 要:四环素类抗生素作为使用最为广泛的广谱抗菌药物之一,因表现出包括生态风险和人类健康损害在内的严重环境问题而被广泛关注。本文从环境中四环素类抗生素的来源及其在环境中的行为,概述了这类抗生素在环境中的处理技术研究进展。虽兼具高效和应用面广,吸附剂的重复使用性能仍是限制吸附法广泛应用的主要因素;受矿化不完全、电极使用寿命、能耗等条件限制,电化学法仅适用于小规模废水处理;多项研究表明,光催化氧化耦合微生物处理技术结合了光催化氧化与生物法,在废水处理中具有潜在优势。但如何降低光催化过程对微生物活性的损伤,进一步提高耦合体系的降解能力,还需进一步深入探讨。Tetracycline antibiotics, as one of the most widely used broad-spectrum antibiotics, have been widely concerned because of serious environmental problems, including ecological risks and damage to human health. This paper outlines the progress of the research technology on the treatment of such antibiotics in the environment, derived from the source of tetracycline antibiotics in the environment and their behavior in the environment. Although the adsorbent has both high efficiency and wide application range, the reusable performance is still the main factor limiting the wide application of adsorption method;Restricted by incomplete mineralization, electrode service life, energy consumption and other conditions, the electrochemical method is only suitable for small-scale wastewater treatment;Several studies have shown that the photocatalytic oxidation-coupled microbial treatment technology combines the photocatalytic oxidation and the biological method, and has potential advantages in wastewater treatment. However, how to reduce the damage of photocatalytic process to microbial activity and further improve the degradation ability of the coupling system needs to be further discussed.
