摘 要:稀土冶炼含铵废水主要来源于萃取分离和料液沉淀两个方面,废水的污染物指标主要有重金属、NH3-N、COD、含盐量几方面。稀土冶炼废水的达标排放是基本要求,但是如何降低处理成本、提高回收利用的价值、实现环境与经济效益的双赢是行业努力的共同方向。通过研究氨氮废水各种处理方法,分析常用稀土冶炼废水处理工艺的优缺点,我们对现行的稀土冶炼含铵废水处理工艺进行了创造性的改进,实现了废水的零排放目标、氨氮废水资源化处理目标和环境效益与经济效益双赢的目标。Ammonium containing wastewater from rare earth smelting mainly comes from two aspects: extaction separation and feed liquid precipitation. The main pollutant indicators of waster include heavy metals,NH3-N,COD and salt content. Standard discharge of rare earth smelting wastewater is a basic requirement.How to reduce the processing cost, improve the value of recycling and achieve win-win results in environmental and econoic benefits is the common goal of the industry. By studying various treatment methods of ammonium containing wastewater and analyzing the disadvantages ang advantages of common rare earth smelting processes, we have creatively improved the current ammonium containing wastewate treatment process of rare earth smelting and achieved the goals of zero wastewater discharge, recycling treatment of ammonium containing wastewate and win-win environmental and economic benefits.
