摘 要:准确测定煤化学链制氢工艺中不同铁氧化物(包括Fe_(2)O_(3)、Fe_(3)O_(4)、FeO、Fe)的含量,对于工艺优化和运行监测具有重要意义。本文将综合国家标准中对不同价态铁的测定及水蒸气氧化过程的质量变化,提出一种含铁载氧体中不同铁氧化物(包括Fe_(2)O_(3)、Fe_(3)O_(4)、FeO、Fe)的含量的测定方法。通过分析原始铁矿石、还原产物、水蒸气制氢产物、氧化再生产物的物相组成和铁组分含量,确定了铁矿石载氧体在化学链制氢过程中的物相变化和含量占比,与XRD表征的物相变化结果一致,对后续运行工况的改进和优化提供了一定的指导和启发。The accurate determination of iron in its various oxide states in the chemical looping process,involving Fe_(2)O_(3),Fe_(3)O_(4),FeO and Fe,is of great significance for the process optimization and operation monitoring.This study developed a comprehensive method for the determination of iron oxides of iron-based oxygen carriers based on national standards.The developed method was used in analyzing iron components including an original iron ore as well as its reduction product and steam partial-oxidation product and full-oxidation product from a chemical looping hydrogen production process.Results were found to be valid in comparison to the phase change studies based on characterizations using XRD.This study well guides for the improvement and optimization of addressed process.
