摘 要:甲亚胺-H比色法和姜黄素比色法测定土壤有效硼的原理都是采用沸水提取,浸提液与显色剂作用后用比色法测定硼含量。本研究对两种方法测定结果的准确性及结果显著性差异进行探讨。结果表明:按照标准的方法,其中样品制备时控制沸腾程度在有轻微气泡的状态;样品显色后稳定时间为1 h,方法线性和重现性良好,甲亚胺-H比色法和姜黄素比色法的方法检出限分别为:0.04 mg/kg和0.02mg/kg;两种方法测定结果的相对标准偏差均小于10%,测定结果在标准值范围,方法特性满足土壤检测要求。两种方法测定结果显著性差异检验显示:|t|>t(6,0.95),P=0.004<α=0.05,表明两种方法的测定结果有显著差异。The principles of the determination of available boron in soli by azomethine-H colorimetric method and curcumin colorimetric method are firstly the extracts from boiling water reacted with color developing agent, and the content of boron is determined by colorimetric method. In this study, the accuracy and significant differences between two methods are discussed. The results indicate that the boiling degree is controlled in the state of slight bubbles when the sample is prepared according to the standard method. The stabilization time is within 1 h after color development, and both methods reveal good linearity and reproducibility.The detection limits of azomethine-H colorimetric method and curcumin colorimetric method are 0.04 mg/kg and 0.02 mg/kg, respectively. The relative standard deviation from two methods is less than 10 %, and the measured results are in the standard range. Therefore, both methods can meet the requirements of soil detection. The significant differences of two methods are |t|>t(6,0.95) and P=0.004<α=0.05, which suggest that the determination results of two methods have significant difference.
