摘 要:选取50个不同型号的机动车辆制动液样品,采用衰减全反射中红外光谱(ATR-MIR)分析技术,利用传统国标法测试数据作为参考值,采用偏最小二乘法(PLS)建立校正模型,快速测定制动液的蒸发损失。实验结果表明,采用ATR-MIR法与国标方法测试结果无显著差异,具有更简便、所需样品量更少并且更快速的优点,非常适合制动液蒸发损失的快速测定。Using attenuated total reflection mid-infrared spectroscopy(ATR-MIR) analysis technology, 50 samples of brake fluid from different models were selected. The results determined by traditional national standard method were used as reference values for evaporation loss, a unified mid-infrared spectroscopy correction model of evaporation loss was established by the partial least squares(PLS) method. The result shows that the values measured by ATR-MIR coincided with those of national standard method. The new method has advantages of better facility, less sample and short analysis time, and it is suitable especially for rapidly analysis of brake fluid evaporation loss.
