海口市三甲医院医护人员压力现状及其影响因素分析

摘  要:目的通过对海口市三甲医院医护人员压力进行压力现状调查,对其影响因素进行分析,针对压力源寻找减轻方法与对策,使其能更好的为患者和整个社会服务。方法2020年11月1日-30日选择海口市三甲医院的1543名医护人员调查对象,分析工作负荷、身体状况等影响因素进行分析,得到医护人员有压力的原因。结果调查的医护人员中有压力的人数为849名(55.02%)。职业、学位、科室、工作单位、是否加班比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);单因素Logistic分析结果显示:医护人员是否有压力与医疗事故、工作负荷、医患关系、同事关系、职业声望、职称晋升与聘任、角色责任、职业发展、领导与管理因素、工作与家庭冲突的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多因素Logistic分析结果显示:身体状况、工作负荷、同事关系、职业发展、领导与管理因素、工作与家庭冲突为危险因素;是否加班、角色责任为保护因素。结论不加班是影响医护人员压力的积极因素;认为工作量大、身体状况差、人际关系紧张等是影响医护人员压力的消极因素,是否加班、角色责任、工作与家庭冲突变化对医护人员压力影响程度最大。Objective To investigate the pressure status of medical staff in the Level A GradeⅢGeneral Hospitals in Haikou City,analyze its influencing factors,and find ways and countermeasures to reduce the pressure of medical staff according to the source of stress,so that they can better serve the patients and the whole society.Methods From November 1 to 30,2020,a total of 1543 medical staff in the Level A GradeⅢGeneral Hospitals in Haikou City were selected to analyze the work load,physical condition and other influencing factors,and the reasons for the stress of the medical staff were obtained.Results Of 849(55.02%)of the medical staff surveyed were stressed.There were significant differences in occupation,degree,department,work unit and overtime(P<0.05).The results of univariate Logistic analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in the relationship between medical staff's stress and medical accidents,workload,doctor-patient relationship,colleague relationship,professional reputation,title promotion and appointment,role responsibility,career development,leadership and management factors,work and family conflict(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic analysis showed that physical condition,workload,colleague relationship,career development,leadership and management factors,work and family conflict were risk factors.Whether to work overtime and role responsibility are protective factors.Conclusion No overtime is a positive factor affecting the pressure of medical staff;it is believed that heavy workload,poor physical condition and interpersonal tension are the negative factors affecting the pressure of medical staff.Whether working overtime,role responsibility,work and family conflict changes have the greatest impact on the pressure of medical staff.
