摘　　要：目的探讨人工髋关节置换术后下肢深静脉血栓的预防和干预措施。方法选取医院2020年6月至2021年10月收治的人工髋关节置换术患者80例,根据干预方法的不同分为研究组和对照组,各40例。两组患者均予药物预防,研究组联合综合干预,包括基本预防、物理预防。结果研究组深静脉血栓发生率为2.5%,明显低于对照组的30.0%(P<0.05)。研究组在健康知识、自我干预技能和医疗行为明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合干预应用于人工髋关节置换术后下肢深静脉血栓的预防效果突出。Objective To analyze the prevention and intervention measures of deep vein thrombosis of lower limbs after artificial hip replacement.Methods A total of 80 patients with hip replacement from June 2020 to October 2021 were selected and divided into the study group and the control group according to different intervention methods,with 40 cases in each group.The patients in both groups were given drug prevention,and the patients in the study group were given comprehensive intervention,including basic prevention and physical prevention.Results The incidence of deep vein thrombosis in the study group was 2.5%,which was significantly lower than 30.0%in the control group(P<0.05).The health knowledge,self intervention skills and medical behaviors in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of comprehensive intervention in the prevention of lower limb deep vein thrombosis after hip replacement is outstanding.
