中药灌肠治疗先天性巨结肠术后小肠结肠炎疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察中药灌肠治疗先天性巨结肠术后小肠结肠炎的临床疗效。方法选取医院2018年7月至2021年7月收治的小儿先天性巨结肠术后小肠结肠炎患儿40例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各20例。两组患儿均予抗炎、补液、扩肛、通便等西医治疗,在此基础上,对照组患儿联用生理盐水灌肠,观察组患儿联用中药灌肠。结果观察组患儿的体温恢复时间、大便(性质及气味)恢复时间、抗生素使用时间、腹胀缓解时间、食欲恢复时间、住院时间均明显短于对照组,术后因小肠结肠炎再住院率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组均无灌肠及后续治疗相关并发症发生。结论中药灌肠对先天性巨结肠术后小肠结肠炎有一定辅助治疗作用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of enema with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of enterocolitis after congenital megacolon operation.Methods A total of 40 children with enterocolitis after congenital megacolon operation in hospital from July 2018 to July 2021 were selected and were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 20 cases in each group.The children in the two groups were treated with western medicine such as anti-inflammation,fluid infusion,anal dilatation and defecation,on this basis,the children in the control group were given enema with normal saline,the children in the observation group were given enema with traditional Chinese medicine.Results The temperature recovery time,stool(nature and smell)recovery time,antibiotic use time,abdominal distension relief time,appetite recovery time,and the hospital stay time of children in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,postoperative readmission rate for enterocolitis was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Both groups had no complications related to enema and follow-up treatment.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine plays an auxiliary role in the treatment of enterocolitis after congenital megacolon operation.
