盐酸米诺环素软膏联合抗菌药物治疗种植体周围炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨盐酸米诺环素软膏联合抗菌药物治疗种植体周围炎的临床疗效。方法选取医院2016年5月至2021年5月收治的种植体周围炎患者60例,按入院先后顺序分为对照组与研究组,各30例。对照组患者给予抗菌药物治疗,研究组患者在对照组基础上加用盐酸米诺环素软膏。两组患者均每天用药3次,持续12周。结果研究组患者总有效率为100.00%,显著高于对照组的93.33%(P<0.05)。治疗6周、12周后,对照组和研究组患者的牙周探诊深度、龈沟出血指数、改良菌斑指数均显著降低,且研究组更低(P<0.05);对照组和研究组患者的肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素6及白细胞介素1β水平均显著降低,且研究组更低(P<0.05)。研究组患者种植体周围红肿消失时间和疼痛消失时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论盐酸米诺环素软膏联合抗菌药物治疗种植体周围炎效果显著,可改善患者的种植体周围炎症,加速症状消退,减少牙周损伤。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of minocycline hydrochloride ointment combined with antibiotics in the treatment of periimplant inflammation.Methods A total of 60 patients with periimplant inflammation admitted to the hospital from May 2016 to May 2021 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the study group according to the order of admission,with 30 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given the antibacterial treatment,on this basis the patients in the study group were given the minocycline hydrochloride ointment.Both groups were given drugs three times a day for 12 weeks.Results The total effective rate in the study group was 100.00%,which was significantly higher than 93.33%in the control group(P<0.05).After six and twelve weeks of treatment,the periodontal probing depth,gingival sulcus bleeding index,and modified plaque index in the control group and the study group were significantly lower,and those in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After six and twelve weeks of treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-6 and interleukin-1βin the control group and the study group were significantly lower,and those in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of periimplant swelling and pain in the study group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Minocycline hydrochloride ointment combined with antibiotics is effective in the treatment of periimplant inflammation,which can improve the periimplant inflammation,accelerate the regression of symptoms,and reduce periodontal injury.
