摘　　要：目的探讨氟达拉滨联合中剂量阿糖胞苷治疗急性髓系白血病(AML)的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取医院2017年1月至2019年1月收治的AML患者42例,按接受化学治疗(简称化疗)方案的不同分为对照组和观察组,各21例。对照组患者给予氟达拉滨+大剂量阿糖胞苷,观察组患者给予氟达拉滨+中剂量阿糖胞苷。结果与对照组比较,观察组临床疗效更高,3年疾病复发率与死亡率更低,CD_(3)^(+),CD_(4)^(+),CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)更高,且不良反应发生率更低(P<0.05)。结论氟达拉滨联合中剂量阿糖胞苷治疗AML患者可提升临床疗效和患者的机体免疫力,降低疾病复发率及死亡率,且不易产生严重不良反应。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of fludarabine combined with cytarabine(medium dose)in the treatment of acute myeloid leukemia(AML).Methods A total of forty-two patients with AML admitted to the hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the different chemotherapy,with 21 cases in each group.The patients in the two groups were given fludarabine,on this basis,the patients in the control group were given cytarabine(high dose),the patients in the observation group were given were given cytarabine(medium dose).Results Compared with the control group,the efficacy of the observation group was higher,the three-year relapse rate of disease and mortality were lower,the levels of T lymphocyte subsets of CD_(3)^(+),CD_(4)^(+)and CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)were higher,and the incidence of adverse drug reactions was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Fludarabine combined with cytarabine(medium dose)in the treatment of AML can improve the clinical efficacy and immunity of patients,reduce the relapse rate of disease and mortality rate,avoid serious adverse reactions.
