活血化瘀中药热敷联合穴位按摩佐治神经根型颈椎病临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨活血化瘀中药热敷联合穴位按摩辅助治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法选取医院2018年1月至2021年6月收治的神经根型颈椎病患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例。两组患者均予西医常规治疗,观察组患者加用活血化瘀中药热敷与穴位按摩。结果观察组总有效率为95.00%,明显高于对照组的80.00%;治疗后,两组患者日本骨科学会(JOA)颈椎功能量表评分、生活质量(SF-36)量表评分、尺神经与正中神经F波的出现率及其传导速率均明显升高,中医证候积分和视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分明显降低,且观察组均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论活血化瘀中药热敷联合穴位按摩辅助治疗神经根型颈椎病,可明显改善患者的颈椎功能及神经根压迫症状,减轻患者的疼痛感与临床症状,提升其生活质量。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of hot compress with Chinese herbal medicine for activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis combined with acupoint massage in the adjuvant treatment of nerve root type cervical spondylosis.Methods A total of 80 patients with nerve root type cervical spondylosis admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to June 2021 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group randomly,with 40 cases in each group.The patients in the two groups were given conventional treatment of western medicine,on this basis,the patients in the observation group were given hot compress with Chinese herbal medicine for activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis combined with acupoint massage.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than 80.00%of the control group.After treatment,the scores of Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)cervical spine function scale,quality of life scale(SF-36),the occurrence rate and conduction rate of the ulnar nerve and F wave of median nerve were significantly increased,the TCM syndrome scores and visual analogue scale(VAS)scores were significantly decreased,and the changes of above indexes were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hot compress with Chinese herbal medicine for activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis combined with acupoint massage in the adjuvant treatment of nerve root type cervical spondylosis can improve cervical function and symptoms of nerve root compression,reduce the pain and clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients.
