摘  要:目的探讨消定膏联用七叶皂苷钠治疗桡骨骨折手术的临床疗效,以及对疼痛程度、康复质量的影响。方法选取医院2020年4月至2021年4月接受桡骨骨折手术(切开复位内固定术治疗)患者30例。按入院时间均分为对照组与观察组,各15例。对照组患者接受常规七叶皂苷钠治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联用消定膏治疗,均治疗7 d。结果治疗后,两组患者的疼痛评分与肿胀程度评分均显著降低,且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗有效率为93.33%,显著高于对照组的60.00%(P<0.05)。结论采用消定膏联合七叶皂苷钠治疗桡骨骨折手术,可明显改善肿胀、疼痛及功能障碍。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Xiaoding Paste combined with sodium aescinat in the treatment of patients undergoing radius fracture surgery,and its influence on the degree of pain and the quality of rehabilitation.Methods From April 2020 to April 2021,30 patients undergoing radius fracture surgery(open reduction and internal fixation)admitted to the hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the time of admission,with 15 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional sodium aescinat,while the patients in the observation group were treated with Xiaoding Paste on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 7 d.Results After treatment,the pain score and swelling degree score in the two groups significantly reduced,and those in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than 60.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaoding Paste combined with sodium aescinate in the treatment of patients undergoing radius fracture surgery can significantly improve swelling,pain,dysfunction.
