摘　　要：目的探讨癃闭舒胶囊联合盐酸坦索罗辛治疗良性前列腺增生的临床疗效。方法选取医院2020年5月至2021年6月收治的良性前列腺增生患者94例。随机分为Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组,各47例。两组患者均给予盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊,Ⅱ组患者联用癃闭舒胶囊。观察并比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果Ⅱ组的总有效率为87.23%,显著高于Ⅰ组的65.96%(P<0.05);Ⅱ组患者在治疗1个月、3个月后的中医证候积分增显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05),生活质量评分显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。结论癃闭舒胶囊联合盐酸坦索罗辛治疗良性前列腺增生的效果良好,能缓解临床症状,提升患者的生活质量。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Longbishu Capsules combined with tamsulosin hydrochloride in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH).Methods A total of 94 patients with BPH admitted to the hospital from May 2020 to June 2021 were selected and randomly divided into groupⅠand groupⅡ,with 47 cases in each group.The patients in the two groups were given Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Sustained-Release Capsules,on this basis,and the patients in groupⅡwere given Longbishu Capsules.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed and compared.Results The total effective rate in groupⅡwas 87.23%,which was significantly higher than 65.96%in the control group(P<0.05).The increase of TCM syndrome score in groupⅡwas significantly higher than that in groupⅠafter 1 month and 3 months of treatment(P<0.05),the quality of life score was significantly higher than that in group I(P<0.05).Conclusion Longbishu Capsules combined with tamsulosin hydrochloride have a good effect in the treatment of BPH,which can alleviate the clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients.
