右美托咪定静脉泵注联合七氟烷吸入诱导用于宫腔镜手术麻醉价值评估

摘　　要：目的探讨右美托咪定静脉泵注联合七氟烷吸入诱导在宫腔镜手术麻醉中的应用价值。方法选取医院2020年1月至12月收治的拟行宫腔镜手术患者100例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组患者给予七氟烷吸入诱导,观察组在对照组基础上采用右美托咪定静脉泵注。结果观察组患者麻醉诱导所需时间和苏醒时间均显著短于对照组,Ramsay镇静评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者平均动脉压、心率、血氧饱和度波动及血管紧张素Ⅱ水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后躁动的发生率为2.00%,显著低于对照组的20.00%(P<0.05)。结论右美托咪定静脉泵注联合七氟烷吸入诱导在宫腔镜手术的应用效果较好,可维持术中生命体征的平稳,缩短麻醉诱导所需时间和苏醒时间,且安全性较好,可减少术后躁动的发生。Objective To evaluate the application effect of intravenous infusion of dexmedetomidine combined with sevoflurane inhalation induction in hysteroscopic anesthesia.Methods A total of 100 patients underwent hysteroscopic surgery in the hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were induced by inhalation of sevoflurane,on this bsis,the patients in the observation group were given intravenous infusion of dexmedetomidine.Results The time of anesthesia induction and recovery in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the Ramsay sedation score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The mean arterial pressure,heart rate,blood oxygen saturation fluctuation and angiotensinⅡlevel in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative restlessness in the observation group was 2.00%,which was significantly lower than 20.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Intravenous infusion of dexmedetomidine combined with sevoflurane inhalation induction is effective in hysteroscopic surgery,which can maintain the stability of vital signs during the operation,shorten the time required for anesthesia induction and recovery,and has good safety,and can reduce the occurrence of postoperative restlessness.
