替格瑞洛介入治疗对急性心肌梗死患者心功能、心血管不良事件发生情况及炎性因子水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨替格瑞洛介入治疗对急性心肌梗死患者心功能、心血管不良事件发生情况及炎性因子水平的影响。方法选取医院2020年1月至2021年7月收治的急性心肌梗死患者92例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各46例。两组患者均行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗,对照组患者给予氯吡格雷,观察组给予替格瑞洛。结果观察组患者总有效率为95.65%,显著高于对照组的82.61%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的左心室射血分数显著高于对照组,6min步行试验结果显著优于对照组,B型利尿钠肽水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素6水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的心血管不良事件发生率为4.35%,显著低于对照组的10.87%(P>0.05)。结论替格瑞洛介入治疗可改善急性心肌梗死患者的心功能,降低机体炎性反应和心血管不良事件发生率。Objective To investigate the effect of tegrenol on cardiac function,adverse cardiovascular events and inflammatory factors in patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods A total of 92 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to July 2021 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The patients in both groups were treated with percutaneous coronary intervention,on this basis,the patients in the control group were given clopidogrel,while the patients in the observation group were given tigrenol.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 95.65%,which was significantly higher than 82.61%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the level of 6-min walk test was significantly better than that in the control group,and level of the B-type natriuretic peptide was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein,tumor necrosis factor-αand interleukin-6 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse cardiovascular events in the observation group was 4.35%,which was significantly lower than 10.87%in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Interventional therapy with tegrenol can improve the cardiac function of patients with acute myocardial infarction and reduce the incidence of inflammatory reaction and adverse cardiovascular events.
