琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片联合胺碘酮急诊治疗室性心律失常临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片联合胺碘酮急诊治疗室性心律失常的临床效果。方法选取医院2021年5月至2022年4月收治的室性心律失常患者60例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各30例。对照组患者给予胺碘酮治疗,研究组患者在对照组基础上加用琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片。两组患者均持续治疗4周。结果治疗后,两组患者的肿瘤坏死因子-α、核转录因子κB、白细胞介素6和白细胞介素8水平均显著降低,且研究组均显著更低(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的心率均显著降低,且研究组显著更低(P<0.05)。治疗期间,研究组和对照组患者的不良反应发生率相当(6.67%比13.33%,P>0.05)。结论琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片联合胺碘酮急诊治疗室性心律失常效果较好,可改善患者机体的炎性反应,降低心率,且安全性较好。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Metoprolol Succinate Sustained-release tablets combined with amiodarone in the emergency treatment of ventricular arrhythmia.Methods A total of 60 patients with ventricular arrhythmias admitted to the hospital from May 2021 to April 2022 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the study group by the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with amiodarone,and the patients in the study group were added with Metoprolol Succinate Sustained-Release Tablets on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for four weeks.Results After treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α,nuclear transcription factor-κB,interleukin-6 and interleukin-8 in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the heart rate in both groups significantly decreased,and that in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment period,the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group and the control group was similar(6.67%vs.13.33%,P>0.05).Conclusion Metoprolol Succinate Sustained-Release Tablets combined with amiodarone is effective in the emergency treatment of ventricular arrhythmia,which can improve the inflammatory reaction of patients,reduce heart rate,and have good safety.
