摘　　要：目的探讨普拉克索联合盐酸美金刚治疗老年帕金森病的临床疗效及对相关蛋白的影响。方法选取医院2021年4月至11月收治的帕金森病老年患者80例,随机分为对照组和试验组,各40例。对照组给予普拉克索片(最大剂量不超过4.5mg/d),试验组在对照组基础上加用盐酸美金刚片(最大剂量不超过20mg/d),均治疗3个月。结果治疗后,两组患者帕金森评定量表Ⅲ评分均显著降低,且试验组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者简易精神评价量表和蒙特利尔认知量表评分均显著升高,且试验组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者人软骨糖蛋白(YKL-40)和帕金森病蛋白(PARK7)水平均显著降低,且试验组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间,两组患者不良反应发生率相当(20.00%比15.00%,P>0.05)。结论普拉克索联用盐酸美金刚治疗老年帕金森病患者,可改善运动、认知功能和精神状态,降低YKL-40,PARK7蛋白水平。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of pramipexole combined with memantine hydrochloride in the treatment of elderly patients with Parkinson's disease and its influence on related proteins.Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with Parkinson's disease admitted to the hospital from April to November 2021 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the test group,with 40 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given Pramipexole Tablets(the maximum dose was no more than 4.5mg/d),the patients in the test group added Memantine Hydrochloride Tablets(the maximum dose was not more than 20mg/d)on the basis of the control group,and both groups were treated for three months.Results After treatment,the scores of Parkinson's Rating ScaleⅢin the two groups significantly reduced,and those in the test group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of Mini-mental state Examination and Montreal Cognitiue Assessment in the two groups were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of human cartilage glycoprotein(YKL-40)and Parkinson's disease protein(PARK7)in the two groups were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment,the incidence of adverse drug reactions in the two groups was similar(20.00%vs.15.00%,P>0.05).Conclusion Pramipexole combined with memantine hydrochloride in the treatment of elderly patients with Parkinson's disease can improve motor,cognitive function and mental state,reduce the level of YKL-40,PARK7 protein.
