抗抑郁剂治疗伴失语的脑卒中患者临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨抗抑郁剂治疗伴失语的脑卒中患者的临床疗效。方法选取医院2020年3月至2022年3月收治的伴失语的脑卒中患者52例,随机均分为对照组和研究组,各26例。两组患者给予常规治疗,研究组患者加用抗抑郁剂。结果治疗后,研究组患者汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05),但失语指数(AQ)指数评分、世界卫生组织生活质量测定量表100(WHOQOL-100)评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论抗抑郁剂治疗伴有失语的脑卒中患者不仅可有效减轻患者抑郁程度,提升其生活质量,还可加快患者语言功能的恢复。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of antidepressants in treatment of stroke patients with aphasia.Methods A total of 52 stroke patients with aphasia treated in the hospital from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the study group,with 26 cases in each group.The patients in the two groups were given the routine treatment,on this basis,the patients in the study group were given antidepressants.Result After treatment,the score of Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)in the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),while the scores of AQ index and WHO Quality of Life-100(WHOQOL-100)in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Antidepressants in treatment of stroke patients with aphasia can effectively reduce the degree of depression of patients,improve the quality of life,accelerate the recovery of language function.
