摘　　要：目的探讨重症监护室(ICU)患者发生褶皱相关性皮炎(ITD)的影响因素。方法选取北京中医药大学东方医院ICU 2019年10月至2020年9月收治的患者80例,将发生ITD的13例患者作为观察组,未发生ITD的67例患者作为对照组,对患者发生ITD的相关因素进行单因素及多因素回归分析。结果单因素分析显示,白细胞计数(≥9.5×10^(9)/L)、血红蛋白(<110g/L)、白蛋白(<35g/L)、体质量指数(≥26kg/m^(2))、Waterlow′s压疮危险因素评分(≥24分)均为ITD的影响因素(P<0.05);多因素分析显示,血红蛋白(<110g/L)、Waterlow′s压疮危险因素评分(≥24分)为ITD的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论临床对ICU患者需尽早干预以上影响因素,尤其是血红蛋白含量、Waterlow′s压疮危险因素评分,以降低其ITD的发生率。Objective To investigate the influencing factors of intertriginous-associated dermatitis(ITD)of patients in the intensive care unit(ICU).Methods A total of 80 patients admitted to the ICU of Dongfang Hospital,Beijing University of Chinese Medicine from October 2019 to September 2020 were selected,13 patients with ITD were as the observation group,and 67 patients without ITD were as the control group.The related factors of ITD were analyzed by the univariate and multivariable regression analysis.Results The result of univariate analysis showed that the white blood cell count(≥9.5×10^(9)/L),hemoglobin(<110g/L),albumin(<35g/L),body mass index(≥26kg/m^(2))and risk factor score of Waterlow′s pressure injury(≥24points)were all the influencing factors of ITD(P<0.05).The result of multivariate analysis showed that the hemoglobin(<110g/L)and risk factor score of Waterlow′s pressure injury(≥24points)were the independent influencing factors of ITD(P<0.05).Conclusion It is necessary to intervene the above influencing factors as early as possible,especially hemoglobin content and risk factor score of Waterlow′s pressure injury,to reduce the incidence of ITD of patients in ICU.
