新生儿耳廓畸形筛查提高耳廓矫正效果的临床意义

摘  要:目的探讨新生儿耳廓畸形筛查对提高耳廓矫正效果的意义。方法选取2021年3月至9月在某三级甲等妇幼保健院产科正常出生且通过先天性耳廓畸形筛查项目完成无创矫治的患儿作为筛查组,选取2020年9月至2021年2月未通过筛查项目完成的无创矫治患儿为非筛查组(22耳),比较两组的矫正效果和家长满意度。结果涉及6024例新生儿,最终筛查出272例耳廓形态畸形,其中126例来自门诊咨询,最终矫治40例22耳。筛查组接受矫治天龄(14.3±2.5)d,矫治周期(15.7±3.3)d,显效率为100.00%;非筛查组接受矫治天龄(37.0±5.1)d,矫治周期(29.0±5.6)d,显效率为77.27%。两组对象矫正结果比较,差异显著(P<0.05)。筛查组家长满意度为95.00%,显著高于非筛查组的65.00%(P<0.05)。结论新生儿耳廓畸形发病率高,矫治率低,在听力筛查的同时进行耳廓畸形筛查有助于提早无创矫治的时间,提高矫治效果,缩短矫治时间,减少并发症。Objective To investigate the significance of the auricle malformation screening.Methods Neonates who were born normally in the Department of obstetrics of a GradeⅢ-A Maternal and Child Health Hospital from March to September 2021 and completed non-invasive correction through the screening project of congenital auricle malformations were selected as the screening group.The children who did not pass the non-invasive treatment of the screening project from September 2020 to February 2021 were selected as the non-screening group(22 ears).The correction effect and parental satisfaction were compared.Results A total of 6024 neonates were collected,and 272 cases of which with auricle malformations were finally screened.Among the neonates with auricle malformations,a total of 126 cases were from outpatient consultation,40 cases(22 ears)of which were corrected.The age of the screening group received correction was(14.3±2.5)d,the correction period was(15.7±3.3)d,with 100.0%of the apparent efficiency.The age of the non-screening group received correction was(37.0±5.1)d,the correction period was(29.0±5.6)d,with the 77.27%of apparent efficiency.The correction results has significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the screening group was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than 65.00%of the non-screening group(P<0.05).Conclusion The incidence of auricle malformation of neonates is high and the correction rate is low.The auricle malformation screening at the same time of hearing screening can help to advance the time of non-invasive correction,improve the treatment effect,shorten the treatment time and reduce complications.
