摘　　要：目的探讨关节超声在急性痛风关节炎的临床应用价值。方法选取医院2020年7月至2021年7月收治的急性痛风性关节炎患者50例(观察组)和非急性期患者50例(对照组),采用肌骨骼超声波技术进行诊断,对比两组患者的超声特点。结果观察组患者的肌腱内点及团状区强弱反射等的发病率高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);两组患者的滑膜增生、关节腔积液、软组织水肿、血流相关指标无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论关节超声诊断急性痛风性关节炎效果良好,价值较高。Objective To investigate the clinical application value of joint ultrasound in acute gouty arthritis.Methods A total of 50 patients with acute gouty arthritis(the observation group)and 50 patients with non-acute gouty arthritis(the control group)admitted to the hospital from July 2020 to July 2021 were selected.and the musculoskeletal ultrasound technology was used for diagnosis,the ultrasonic characteristics of patients in the observation group and the control group were compared.Results In the observation group,the incidence of the strong and weak reflexes of the tendon inner point and the mass area was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in synovial hyperplasia,joint cavity effusion,soft tissue edema,blood flow related indicators between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Joint ultrasound has good effect and high value in the diagnosis of acute gouty arthritis.
