摘　　要：目的探讨手术室护理用于老年白内障超声乳化手术的临床效果。方法随机抽取医院2020年1月至2021年6月收治的老年白内障超声乳化手术患者70例,分为对照组(行常规护理)和研究组(综合护理),比较两组护理效果。结果研究组患者术中和术后10min的心率和平均动脉压均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组综合满意率为97.14%,显著高于对照组的77.14%(P<0.05);研究组综合配合率为97.14%,显著高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论手术室护理用于老年白内障超声乳化手术,可提高患者术中的护理效果,及患者预后综合护理有效率和满意率。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the operating room nursing applied in the phacoemulsification for senile cataract.Methods A total of 70 patients underwent the phacoemulsification for senile cataract admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to June 2021 were randomly selected and divided into the control group(given the routine nursing)and the study group(given the comprehensive nursing).The nursing effects in the two groups were compared.Results The heart rate and mean arterial pressure during and 10min after the operation in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The comprehensive satisfaction rate in the study group was 97.14%,which was significantly higher than 77.14%in the control group(P<0.05).The comprehensive cooperation rate in the study group was 97.14%,which was significantly higher than 80.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the operating room nursing in the phacoemulsification for senile cataract can improve the nursing effect during the operation,the comprehensive effective rate and satisfaction rate of nursing for the prognosis of patients.
