Objective To investigate the effect of early emergency care of patients with multiple injury in intensive care unit(ICU).Methods A total of 80 patients with multiple injury admitted to ICU of hospital from October 2018 to October 2021 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the parity order of entering the group, with 40 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing of ICU,the patients in the observation group were given early emergency care of ICU.Results The first aid cure rate and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were 95.00%and 97.50%,which were significantly higher than 70.00%and 72.50%in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of quality of life in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the Injury Severity Score(ISS),the scores of acute physiology and chronic health evaluationⅡ(APACHEⅡ)and visual analog scale(VAS)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early emergency care used for patients with multiple injuries in ICU,which has a better first aid effect and significantly improved the quality of life of patients.
