超声心动图检测用于肺血栓栓塞症治疗的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探讨超声心动图检测用于肺血栓栓塞症(PTE)治疗的临床效果。方法选取医院2019年1月至2021年12月收治的PTE患者82例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各41例。两组患者均予肺动脉溶栓治疗,观察组加予超声心动图检测。结果观察组满意度为97.56%,显著高于对照组的82.93%(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的肺动脉收缩压显著低于对照组(P<0.05);溶栓时间和住院时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05);生活质量各项评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(2.44%比14.63%,P<0.05)。结论超声心动图检测用于PTE治疗,可提高疗效和患者的生活质量。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of echocardiography test in the treatment of pulmonary thromboembolism(PTE).Methods A total of 82 patients with PTE admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The patients in the two groups were treated with pulmonary artery thrombolysis,on this basis,the patients in the observation group were detected by the echocardiography.Results The satisfaction in the observation group was 97.56%,which was significantly higher than 82.93%in the control group(P<0.05).The systolic pressure of pulmonary artery in the observation group after treatment was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The thrombolytic time and hospitalization time in the observation group after treatment were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The score of each item of quality of life in the observation group after treatment was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(2.44%vs.14.63%,P<0.05).Conclusion The echocardiography test can improve the efficacy and quality of life of patients with PTE.
