摘　　要：目的探讨男性强制隔离戒毒人员的人格特征。方法选取101例男性强制隔离戒毒人员为调查对象,收集其一般信息,采用卡特尔16项人格因素问卷(16PF)调查其人格特征。结果除聪慧性(B)外,男性强制隔离戒毒人员的16PF各人格因素标准分总体分布在中间水平,各人格因素标准分为4~7分;16项人格因素中,15项原始分与中国男性成人常模比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。不同年龄男性强制隔离戒毒人员的乐群性(A)、敢为性(H)人格因素原始分差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论男性强制隔离戒毒人员的人格特征与中国男性成人常模比较存在差异,年龄对男性强制隔离戒毒人员的人格特征有重要影响。在给予男性强制隔离戒毒人员药物治疗的同时结合其人格特点开展心理健康教育,或可取得更好治疗效果。Objective To explore the personality characteristics of men under compulsory isolation detoxification.Methods A total of 101 men under compulsory isolation detoxification were selected as study objects,their general information was collected,and their personality characteristics were investigated using the Cartell 16 Personality Factor Questionnaire(16PF).Results In addition to intelligence(B),the 16PF personality factors′standard scores of men under compulsory isolation detoxification were generally at the middle level,and their personality factors′standard scores ranged from 4 to 7 points.Among the 16 personality factors,the differences of 15 personality factors′original scores between men under compulsory isolation detoxification and normal Chinese adult men were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was statistically significant difference in the original scores of the personality factors,warmth(A)and social boldness(H),between men under compulsory isolation detoxification at different ages(all P<0.05).Conclusion The personality characteristics of men under compulsory isolation detoxification differ from normal Chinese adult,and age has an important impact on the personality characteristics of men under compulsory isolation detoxification.For men under compulsory isolation detoxification,it may achieve better therapeutic effect to give them drug treatment and carry out mental health education based on their personality characteristics at the same time.
