摘 要:为解决滤波器的低频谐振问题,提高空调产品的电磁兼容性,分析了空调外机电源EMI滤波器谐振产生机理,提出滤波器优化方法。基于阻抗测量和曲线拟合提取了高频寄生参数,搭建了电源EMI滤波器全电路模型,并通过实验验证了模型的准确性。基于模型和谐振机理分析提出了滤波器谐振优化方法和差模插入损耗优化方法,经仿真和实验验证了优化方法的有效性。In order to solve the problem of low-frequency resonance of filter and improve the electromagnetic compatibility of air-conditioner,the mechanism of EMI filter resonance of air-conditioner is analyzed,and the filter optimization method is proposed.Based on impedance measurement and curve fitting,the high-frequency parasitic parameters are extracted,and the full circuit model of power EMI filter is built.The accuracy of the model is verified by experiments.Based on the model and analysis of resonance mechanism,the methods of resonance and differential mode insertion loss optimization are proposed.The effectiveness of the optimization method is verified by simulation and experiment.
