摘　　要：随着信息技术和经济的发展,变电站综合自动化系统(SAS)的应用已越来越普及,远动装置成为与调度主站通信的主要媒介,然而RTU系统在变电站端的应用并未停止。通过介绍(RTU+远动)方案在埃及开罗区域变电站RTU系统改造项目中的应用,提出变电站RTU系统改造的一种新思路,论证其特点和实用性,并得出相应结论。With the development of information technology and economy,the application of the substation integrated automation system(SAS)has become more and more popular,and the telecontrol device has become the main medium for communication with the dispatching master station.However,the application of the RTU system in the substation has not stopped.By introducing the application practice of the(RTU+telecontrol)scheme in the transformation project of the RTU system of the substation in Cairo,Egypt,a new idea for the transformation of RTU system in substation is proposed,its characteristics and practicality are demonstrated,and corresponding conclusions are drawn.
