摘 要:对某新投水电站的二次系统缺陷进行汇总分析,为今后的建设管理工作提供指导。在对新投水电站半年之内登记的近300条缺陷进行分系统(设备设施)、多维度(设计、制造、安装调试、运行管理)分析后,发现安装调试原因导致的缺陷占比超一半。由此可认为,加强二次系统现场安装调试管理,高度重视二次系统特别是辅机及公用控制系统设备选型,参数设置及控制逻辑设计应与现场相结合,是今后建设管理的三个重点方向。The defects of the secondary system of a newly-commissioned hydropower station are summarized and analyzed to provide guidance for future construction management.Nearly 300 defects registered within half a year of the newly-commissioned hydropower station are analyzed in terms of subsystem(equipment and facilities)and multi-dimensional(design,manufacturing,installation and commissioning,operation management).It is found that more than half of the defects are caused by installation and commissioning.It can be considered that the three key directions of future construction managementare strengthening the on-site installation and commissioning management of secondary systems,attaching great importance to the selection of secondary systems,especially auxiliary machines and public control system equipment,and combining theparameter setting and control logic design with the site.
