摘　　要：依托在线状态监测和分析系统平台,采用前期故障诊断、预防性检修以及评判设备运行性能等方式,对空分装置大型关键核心设备进行在线状态监测,实现空分装置中大型关键机组的长周期、安全和稳定运行,达到降低非计划停车频次的目标。以甘肃某集团公司动力厂5套空分装置中的关键核心设备为案例,详细介绍在线状态监测系统在空分装置上的构成及使用效果。Relying on online condition monitoring and analysis system platform,using the early fault diagnosis,preventive maintenance as well as the evaluation equipment running performance,key core equipment of air separation unit of large online condition monitoring,the realization of long period,the key unit air separation plant safety and stable operation,to achieve goals to reduce unplanned parking frequency.Take the key core equipment in 5 sets of air separation units of the power plant of a group company in Gansu as an example,this paper introduces the structure and application effect of on-line status monitoring system in air separation unit in detail.
