摘 要:二尖瓣反流(MR)是最常见的心脏瓣膜疾病,对合并高龄、多器官并发症、心力衰竭等因素的严重MR高手术风险患者,经皮二尖瓣钳夹术(MitraClip)已成为替代治疗方法。目前该技术通常由X线和超声心动图引导,但术中X线对术者及患者均有辐射损伤。作者首次在江苏省报道1例单纯应用超声心动图指导MitraClip治疗重度功能性MR。在超声引导下,完成二尖瓣夹输送和安装,且随访效果良好。Mitral regurgitation(MR) is the most common valvular heart disease, and MitraClip deployment is an alternative procedure in patients at high surgical risk with symptomatic severe MR who are not candidates for MV repair/replacement due to their degree of comorbidity and associated high mortality risk. At present, the procedure is usually guided by fluoroscopy and echocardiography, but the fluoroscopic procedure can result in radiation damage to both operators and patients. In this paper, the authors reported a case of severe functional MR treated by MitraClip under the guidance of echocardiography for the first time in Jiangsu province. MitraClip was transported and installed using ultrasonic guidance, and the follow-up results were positive.
