摘 要:针对不锈钢除尘灰造成的环保问题,进行了配加不锈钢除尘灰烧结杯试验及烧结矿冶金性能试验,研究烧结法处理不锈钢除尘灰的可行性。试验结果表明:随着不锈钢除尘灰配比的增加,烧结利用系数、成品率、转鼓强度均呈逐渐降低的趋势;配加不锈钢除尘灰后,烧结矿软化熔滴性能有劣化的趋势,烧结矿低温还原粉化率RDI_((+3.15 mm))、900℃还原度基本持平。In view of the environmental protection problem caused by stainless steel dust removal,sinter cup test with stainless steel dust removal and metallurgical performance test of sinter were carried out to study the feasibility of treating stainless steel dust removal by sintering method.The test results show that with the increase of the ratio of stainless steel dust removal,the sintering utilization factor,the yield and the drum strength are gradually decreasing.After the addition of stainless steel dust,the softening dropper performance of sinter has a tendency of deterioration,and the low temperature reduction rate RDI_((+3.15 mm))and 900℃reduction degree of sinter are basically the same.
