摘 要:某公司随着生产规模的扩大,含铜、镍中间物料增多,目前生产中存在硫酸根含量偏高、纺缍体微观形貌被破坏、松装密度大幅降低和洗水耗量较大、产能得不到有效发挥等问题,产能不能完全释放。根据相关规范和技术发展要求,利用镍冶炼厂产生的含镍废渣及配套污水处理站产生的含镍污泥,分析现有生产过程中出现的问题,对冶炼过程中产生的废渣进行有效治理和合理利用,实现了资源再循环利用,使资源利用最大化。With the expansion of production scale,the number of materials containing copper and nickel increases,and there are some problems in production,such as high sulfate content,damaged micro-morphology of spindles,large reduction of loose packing density,large washing water consumption,and insufficient productivity.According to the relevant specifications and technical development requirements,this paper uses nickel-containing waste slag produced by nickel smelter and nickel-containing sludge produced by supporting sewage treatment station,analyzes the existing problems in the production process,and makes effective treatment and reasonable utilization of the waste slag produced in the smelting process,realizing the recycling of resources and maximizing the utilization of resources.
