摘  要:化工、冶金等行业在对干粉物料浆化溶解的过程中,常见使用大型机械搅拌装置。西北铅锌冶炼厂浸出工序原使用的聚丙烯酰胺配料装置是一种复杂性机械组合,在日常配料过程中以人工作业为主,由于间断性的加料方式导致浆化液浓度波动较大,上清沉降效果不稳定,既浪费原材料,又影响生产系统的平稳运行。因此,西北铅锌冶炼厂浸出车间研制了一种新型干粉物料溶解装置。本文介绍其结构、原理和特点,以及在使用过程中可提升的效能。In chemical industry,metallurgy and other industries,large-scale mechanical stirring devices are commonly used in the process of dissolving dry powder materials.The polyacrylamide batching device originally used in the leaching process of Northwest Lead-Zinc Smelter is a complex mechanical combination,and manual operation is the main part in the daily batching process.Due to the intermittent feeding mode,the slurry concentration fluctuates greatly,and the supernatant sedimentation effect is unstable,which wastes raw materials and affects the smooth operation of the production system.Therefore,Northwest Lead-Zinc Smelter organized a technical team to develop a new device for dissolving dry powder materials.This paper introduces its structure,principle and characteristics,as well as the efficiency that can be improved in use.
