摘　　要：通过对减速机大齿圈和球磨机大齿圈修复制造工艺研究,总结了大齿圈修复制造工艺流程和工艺参数。制订了科学合理的修复方案、设计了专用工装,大型齿圈修复制造后的使用性能和精度基本达到了新大齿圈的性能和精度,具有推广使用价值。Through the research on the manufacturing process of the large gear ring of reducer and the large gear ring of ball mill,the manufacturing process flow and technological parameters of the large gear ring repair are summarized.A scientific and reasonable restoration scheme is formulated and special tooling is designed.The performance and precision of large gear ring are basically as good as those of new large gear ring.
