摘  要:通过对SUS430冷轧板表面粗糙缺陷样及罩式炉退火卷近表面和氧化皮的检测分析,确定罩式炉退火卷内氧化是导致冷轧板表面粗糙的主要原因。采取适当降低罩式炉退火温度、提高炉台风机转速、加大氢气置换量等措施,可有效减轻此类缺陷的发生。The surface roughness defect samples of SUS430 cold rolled sheet were detected.In addition,the near surface and oxide scale of annealing coil produced by bell furnace(BAF)were analyzed.It is determined that the internal oxidation is the main reason for the surface roughness of cold rolled sheet.The occurrence of such defects can be effectively reduced by appropriately reducing the annealing temperature of BAF,increasing the speed of furnace fan and increasing the amount of hydrogen conversion.
