粗品硫酸镍除钙镁工艺研究

摘　　要：某铜业公司粗品硫酸镍含有较高的Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)(CaO含量0.56%、MgO含量2.15%),通过调节pH值、氟化物用量、反应温度、反应时间等条件试验,确定了最佳工艺条件,钙镁去除率达到99%以上。Rough nickel sulfate from a copper company has a high content of calcium and magnesium ions(CaO 0.56%,MgO 2.15%).The optimal process factors are determined by adjusting pH value,fluoride dosage,reaction temperature,reaction time and other conditions,which resulting in a removal rate of calcium and magnesium of more than 99%.
