抗起球羊毛纱线及其针织物的性能研究

摘　　要：为研究抗起球整理后羊毛纱线的性能,对整理前后羊毛纱线及羊毛织物的主要性能进行测试,涉及纤维的形态、力学性能,纱线的结构参数、力学性能、吸湿性能,织物的力学性能、服用性能等。结果表明:羊毛织物的抗起毛起球等级提高1级时,羊毛纱线及其织物的力学性能有部分损失,但服用性能基本不受影响。整理后的羊毛纱线适用于开发羊毛针织服装。The main properties of wool yarn and wool fabric before and after anti-pilling finishing were tested to study the performance of anti-pilling wool yarn.The properties included morphology and mechanical properties of wool fiber,structure parameters,mechanical properties,moisture absorption of wool yarn,and mechanical properties and wearing properties of wool knitted fabric.The results show that when the anti-pilling resistance of the wool fabric increases by 1 level,there is a partial loss of mechanical properties of the wool yarn and its fabric,but the wearability is basically unaffected.The finished yarn is suitable for the development of wool knitted clothing.
