摘　　要：反贫困是国家治国理政的重要议题,是对落后地区进行根本性重建的重要举措。文章基于经济、政治与文化的视角,横向梳理了全面抗战时期陕甘宁边区“三位一体”的反贫困逻辑,即:发展经济,保障供给;构建廉洁民主的良好氛围,为经济发展提供政治保障;激发人民精神世界内生动力,来分析这一时期陕甘宁边区的反贫困实践。同时,从组织保障、提高生产力、维护群众利益、理论联系实际、示范区带动引领以及弘扬积极乐观的持久斗争精神六个方面提炼其中蕴含的现实启示。这有利于丰富当代陕甘宁边区研究,对于推进当代中国乡村反贫困实践,进而推动城乡共同富裕也具有借鉴与现实意义。Anti-poverty is an important issue in the country’s governance and an important measure to carry out the fundamental reconstruction of the backward rural society.Based on the economic,political and cultural perspectives,this paper sorts out the anti-poverty logic of the"Trinity"in the Shaan-Gan-Ning border region during the period of the Comprehensive Anti-Japanese War,that is,to develop the economy and ensure supply;to construct a good atmosphere of clean democracy to provide political guarantees for economic development;to stimulate the endogenous motivation of the people’s spiritual world to analyze the anti-poverty practice in the Shaan-Gan-Ning border region during this period.It also extracts the practical enlightenment contained in six aspects:organizational guarantee,improving productivity,safeguarding the interests of the masses,linking theory with practice,leading of the demonstration area,and maintaining a positive and optimistic protracted struggle thinking.This is conducive to enriching the research of the contemporary Shaan-Gan-Ning border region,and is also of reference and practical significance for promoting the anti-poverty practice in contemporary Chinese rural areas,and for promoting the common prosperity of urban and rural areas.
