摘  要:根据冷缝对混凝土结构性能的影响和冲击弹性波中R波的特点,提出基于冲击弹性波的冷缝检测方法。采用综合考虑了等效抗剪率及等效强度率的健全性指标评价疑似冷缝对混凝土结构的影响,进而判定是否为冷缝。经对十多条隧道416处疑似冷缝检测,冷缝处、非冷缝处的健全性指标平均值分别在0.50、0.88左右,健全性指标对冷缝有较好的辨识度。对于拱顶及其附近的疑似冷缝,由于其所在面与测试面呈小角度相交,测得的健全性指标有偏大趋势,存在误判可能,因此须要采用冲击回波声频法或敲击法辅助检测。According to the influence of cold joint on the performance of concrete structure and the characteristics of R wave in impact elastic wave,a cold joint detection method based on impact elastic wave is proposed.The influence of the suspected cold joint on the concrete structure is evaluated by the soundness index that comprehensively considers the equivalent shear rate and the equivalent strength rate,and then whether it is a cold joint is determined.Through the detection of 416 suspected cold joints in more than ten tunnels,the average value of the soundness index at the cold joint and the non-cold joint is about 0.50 and 0.88 respectively,and the soundness index has a good identification of the cold joint.As for the suspected cold joint near the vault and its surrounding area,the measured soundness index tends to be large due to the small angle intersection between its surface and the test surface,and there is the possibility of misjudgment.Therefore,it is necessary to use the impact acoustic echo method or the knocking method to assist the detection.
