摘  要:梳理了国内外衬砌表观状态检测技术发展现状,对现场踏勘检测和衬砌表观检测系统检测出的衬砌裂缝检出率、里程误差、长度误差等关键参数进行了对比分析。结果表明:衬砌表观检测系统对宽度0.3 mm及以下的裂缝检出率为54.3%,对宽度0.3 mm以上的裂缝检出率为92.6%;纵向裂缝长度的离散误差为±0.7 m,主要由里程误差所致;环向裂缝长度的离散误差在-0.4~1.0 m,主要由图像拼接冗余所致。与现场踏勘检测结果相比,表观检测系统识别的环向裂缝长度存在27%的系统性放大现象,需进一步研究基于关键特征点匹配技术的图像拼接方法,降低拼接冗余,以提高环向裂缝长度的识别精度。The development status of lining apparent state detection technology at home and abroad was sorted out in this paper,the key parameters of the detection rate of lining crack,mileage error and length error detected by the field survey and the lining apparent detection system were compared and analyzed.The results show that the detection rate of cracks with a width of 0.3 mm and below is 54.3%,and the detection rate of cracks with a width of more than 0.3 mm is 92.6%.The discrete error of longitudinal crack length is ±0.7 m,which is mainly caused by mileage error.The discrete error of circumferential crack length is-0.4 ~ 1.0 m,which is mainly caused by image mosaic redundancy.Compared with the field survey and detection results,the circumferential crack length identified by the apparent detection system has a systematic amplification of 27%.It is necessary to further study the image mosaic method based on the key feature point matching technology to reduce the mosaic redundancy and improve the recognition accuracy of the circumferential crack length.
