摘　　要：广东省某规模化养猪场部分圈舍猪群发生腹泻、拉血便症状,病理解剖显示肠道组织肿大出血,死亡猪只粪便呈黑色煤焦油状。本文采集了病死猪只的粪便进行PCR检测和鉴定,结合发病症状,确定发病原因是由于胞内劳森菌引起的猪增生性肠炎。用药物泰妙菌素进行临床治疗,结合其他药物辅助治疗,猪群健康状况逐渐趋于稳定。Diarrhea and bloody stool occurred on a pig farm in Guangdong Province.Necropsy reveled the swelling and bleeding in the intestinal tissues.The feces of dead pigs has the black coal tar appearance.The feces were collected for laboratory test.With the pathogenesis symptoms and PCR results,porcine proliferative enteritis caused by intracellular Lawsonella was diagnosed.Tiamulin combined with other adjuvant therapy was given,which solve the case in this herd.
