摘 要:水下机动状态潜艇瞬态操舵噪声日渐突出。本文针对潜艇舵翼在不同的转舵速度函数下振动辐射效应进行研究,研究舵翼结构声辐射频谱特征、声辐射功率、声辐射效率、指向性等声学量与转舵控制函数之间的关系。首先利用Fluent的动网格技术,计算舵翼结构以不同速度函数转动过程中的流固耦合现象及结构响应,然后基于声学计算软件LMS Virtual Lab,用直接边界元法计算辐射声场。仿真结果表明,线性操舵至固定舵角有利于降低舵翼最大辐射声功率。The transient steering noise of submarines in underwater maneuvering states is becoming increasingly prominent. In this paper, the vibration radiation effect of the rudder wing of the submarine under different rudder speed functions is studied, and the relationship between the acoustic quantity such as acoustic radiation spectral characteristics, acoustic radiation power, acoustic radiation efficiency, directivity and other acoustic quantities of the rudder structure and the steering wheel control function is studied. Firstly, the dynamic mesh technology of Fluent is used to calculate the fluid-structure interaction phenomenon and structural response of the rudder wing structure during rotation with different speed functions,and then the radiated acoustic field is calculated by the direct boundary element method based on the acoustic calculation software LMS Virtual Lab. Simulation results show that linear steering to fixed rudder angle is conducive to reducing the maximum radiated sound power of the rudder wing.
