摘 要:随着国内风电项目的大规模开发利用,粗放式发展带来的环境问题日益显现。为促进风电项目规范发展,应着力发挥环境影响后评价的监管作用。针对风力发电行业特点,提出风电项目环境影响后评价的工作程序与评价内容,指出风力发电行业环境影响后评价应以生态影响、风机和升压站的噪声影响、电磁辐射影响、光影影响及相应对策措施为评价重点,并建议关注风力发电项目运行期生态环境的长期监测和电磁、噪声监测。With the large-scale development of domestic wind power projects,the environmental problems caused by extensive development emerged gradually.In order to promote the standardized development of wind power projects,environmental impact post-assessment should play a supervisory role.In view of the characteristics of wind power industry,this paper proposes the working procedure and content of environmental impact post-assessment of wind power projects,and points out that the environmental impact post-assessment of wind power project should focus on ecological impact,noise impact of fan and booster station,electromagnetic radiation impact,light and shadow impact,and the corresponding countermeasures.It is suggested to pay attention to long-term ecological environment monitoring,electromagnetic monitoring and noise monitoring during wind power generation project operation period.
