摘 要:针对龙顶山煤业9103工作面回采至630 m处时,回风顺槽距工作面40 m范围内出现严重底鼓,导致顺槽设备安装难度大、顺槽成型效果差以及回采难度大的问题,通过分析巷道底鼓机理,拟定采用“深孔卸压+注浆锚索+起底浇筑”联合控制技术解决巷道底鼓问题。经实际应用表明,采取联合控制技术后,9103工作面回风顺槽底鼓量由原来的0.52 m控制在0.22 m以下,取得了显著应用成效。In view of problems such as the serious floor heave,the difficulty installment of the entry equipment,the poor shaping effect of the entry and the difficulty of mining within the range of 40 m from the return air entry to the working face,while mining at 630 m in 9103 working face of Longdingshan Coal Industry,by analyzing the mechanism of roadway floor heave,the combined control technology of"deep hole pressure relief,grouting anchor cable and bottoming pouring"is proposed to solve the problem of roadway floor heave,whose practical application shows that the floor heave of the return air gateway at 9103 working face is controlled below 0.22 m with the original 0.52 m.
